Brittney Oden

Brittney Oden is an award-winning teacher on a mission to get more science into special education classrooms. Brittney graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s in elementary and special education, and a master’s in educational psychology with a focus in creative thinking from Texas A&M. She sprinkled science into her lessons whenever she could as teacher, and now, as a teacher mentor, she advocates STEM in reading assignments. She has started writing the Tell Me More series to shine a light on both the need for reading literacy through science, and to promote awareness of environmental issues. She lives in Tempe, Arizona with her husband and son.

Megan Scott

Megan Scott is a dyslexic teen author and illustrator. Her ADHD creates more ideas than she can finish, but among them are running her own sticker business, writing graphic novels, and getting ready to go to college. Inspired by all the boring books she’s had to read in school, she’s writing with the goal to add more intriguing books to the mix available to her fellow high schoolers. She is currently working on a four-book young adult science fiction series while living in Seattle Washington with her orange tabby cat named Clay.


Starr Green

Starr Green is an autistic creative thinker, and when not writing, is pulled in all directions as a mom and administrative assistant. She lives in the Pacific Northwest and has a degree specializing in Environmental Communication from Oregon State University. As a teen, she was delighted by all the worlds she discovered in the local library. Her debut novel Castaway Strangers is the first of her many fantasy books with female autistic characters.
